The race to fulfil the Prophecy of Harmony starts now
In the ancient walled city of Vendonne, being different paints a target on your back. Among the town’s blonde inhabitants, the street girl Meara, with her black hair and grey eyes, stands out.
To stay alive, Meara relies on her quick wits and faster feet. Deep in the alleys of Vendonne, she stumbles on a treasure. It is an egg stolen from the nest of the dragon, Shakala.
The egg’s hatching will fulfil the long-foretold Prophecy of Harmony and link the people of the forest with the dragon. Trailing the egg’s thieves is the tracker Kieran. It was his mistake that caused the theft.
There is another hunting the egg, the dark Mage of Remarne. With the blood of the dragon, he will grow his magick and gain immortality.
Can Meara, Kieran, and the dragon’s egg keep ahead of the mage? To do so, they must follow a trail of embers leading to the past.
